1. Ticket Purchases

All Sales Final: Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all attendees.

Digital Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon purchase. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your transaction.
2. Event Cancellations or Postponements

Cancellation by Organizer: If an event is canceled by Fun and Faith, ticket holders will receive information regarding alternative options.

Rescheduled Events: In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
3. Ticket Transfers

Transferability: Tickets are fully transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may give your ticket to someone else—no need to notify us.
4. Compliance with Ontario Laws
